How It Works
How We Run a Turnover
There is an order to this work that keeps the job from doubling back on itself. Linens and towels come off first and the trash goes with them, so the unit is empty of the last stay before anything is cleaned. Kitchen and bathrooms come next, then dusting from the top down through the living areas and bedrooms. Beds are made, towels set out, floors done last, working back toward the door. The final pass is staging, then a note to you about anything you should know: a burned-out bulb, a low supply, something a guest left behind.
Our Services
How This Differs From Our Other Cleaning Services
Residential house cleaning is for the people who live in the home. A turnover is done for a guest who has never been there, so consistency matters most. Move-in and move-out cleaning is a one-time clean of an empty unit, inside cabinets and appliances. Turnovers are shorter, they repeat, and they follow your booking calendar. A residential deep clean at intervals covers what a between-guest reset is not meant to reach.
Before We Arrive
What Hosts Should Have Ready
Tell us how we get in: lockbox, door code or smart lock. Keep linens, towels and paper goods in one place we can find, with enough on hand for a full changeover. Share your booking calendar, and send the listing photos so the unit goes back exactly as advertised.
Your Quote
What Your Turnover Quote Is Based On
We do not publish a rate, because a turnover is priced on your property, not an average one. The largest factors are square footage and the count of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms, which set how long the reset takes. After that: the condition the unit is typically left in, how often it turns over, whether guests cook, whether pets are allowed, and whether laundry runs in the unit or swaps from stocked sets. Add-ons such as interior windows or inside the refrigerator are written into your plan, not assumed into every visit. Estimates are free and carry no obligation.
FAQ
Short-Term Rental Cleaning FAQs

208 595 7773How do you fit a turnover between one guest leaving and the next arriving?
We schedule Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and we are closed weekends, so turnovers are booked into those hours against your calendar. A weekend checkout is cleaned the next weekday, which is worth knowing when you set booking rules.
Do I need to supply cleaning products or equipment?
No. All cleaning products and equipment are provided, and they are eco-friendly. You can ask for a specific product. Consumables stay yours: keep paper goods, soaps and coffee on site and we set them out.
What happens with linens and towels?
Beds are stripped and remade and fresh towels set out every turnover. How the linens are handled is set in your plan: full sets kept on site for a straight swap, or the load run in the unit.
Who is actually in my rental, and are they insured?
Our cleaners are background checked and trained, and Radiant Home Cleaning Services carries full insurance and bonding. We use the access method you set.
What if a guest leaves the place in rough shape?
We clean it, and we tell you about it. Condition is part of what a turnover takes, so if a unit is regularly left harder than usual we will talk about adjusting the plan. Damage and items left behind are reported.
Can you handle more than one property?
Yes. A manager with several listings can run a different checklist for each unit, and you set the scope and frequency for each.
