How It Works
The Order We Work In
This is sequenced work, not a room-by-room checklist. We start high and dry, bringing loose material off ceilings, fixtures, and vents before any water is introduced. Then vertical surfaces, cabinetry inside and out, fixtures and glass, and floors last. Wet work follows dry work, never the reverse. The final pass over counters, sills, and shelves comes last of all.
It goes fastest on a site that is done: trades wrapped, tools gone, scrap and packaging cleared, protective film and floor covering pulled up. Tell us at quote time if power or water is not yet connected, or a finish is still curing.
Our Services
How This Differs From Our Other Services
Deep cleaning and move-out cleaning deal with grime that builds up from living in a space. Post-construction cleaning deals with what a build leaves behind, which takes different equipment and more passes. A small, contained remodel may be better served by deep cleaning; a house that has been open to sanding dust wants this. It suits contractors handing a project over, builders preparing for a walkthrough, and homeowners finishing a remodel.
Your Quote
What Goes Into Your Quote
Every post-construction job is priced on its own, because two projects of the same square footage can be very different jobs. What we price on: square footage, whether it is a new build or one remodeled room, the condition the site is left in, the number of bathrooms, the amount of new tile and glass, the window count, and how much cabinetry has to be cleaned inside. Add-ons such as interior windows, inside the refrigerator, or inside the oven are scoped with the rest, and a one-time handover clean is quoted differently from ongoing work. Quotes and estimates are free and carry no obligation.

Post-Construction Cleaning Questions

208 595 7773When should we schedule the cleaning?
After the last trade is out and the space is clear, so their dust does not land on finished surfaces. We schedule Monday through Friday, so give us your handover date as early as you can.
Do you haul away construction debris?
We handle the dust, film, and fine debris left on the building, not the jobsite waste stream, which the contractor normally clears first. If packaging or scrap is still around, mention it when you request the quote.
Why does dust keep reappearing after the first clean?
Drywall dust does not all settle at once. It sits on ledges, door tops, fixture housings, and inside vents, and any activity puts it back into the air. That is why we work top down, and why some projects need two visits.
Do you clean the windows?
Interior glass, frames, sills, and tracks are part of the detail work, including the label residue and paint specks new windows arrive with. Ask about anything beyond that when you request the quote.
Can you clean in stages while the build is still running?
Yes. Plans are customized to the customer, and frequency and scope are your choice. A common pattern is one clean once the dusty phases are done, then a lighter one before the walkthrough.
Who comes into the property?
Cleaners who are background checked and trained. The company is insured and bonded, which is worth confirming before anyone works around new finishes.
