How It Works
How a Cleaning Visit Runs
A visit follows the same route each time. Dusting and surface work come before floors, so anything knocked loose is picked up, not left on clean carpet. Restrooms and the break room are handled as their own stations. Bins are collected on the final pass, then floors, working back toward the door. Because visits fall inside business hours, we take conference rooms and public areas while they are free.
Who It's For
Who This Service Is For
This is for a workplace that needs the same rooms kept up on a repeating schedule: offices, studios, showrooms, salons, small retail floors and shared suites. It is upkeep, not a reset.
Neighboring services cover the rest: New/Post-Construction Cleaning for dust and residue after a build or remodel, Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning for an empty suite, Residential House Cleaning for a home office.
Before We Arrive
Getting Your Space Ready
None of it is required, but it makes each visit go further. Clear desks of paperwork you would rather we left alone, or tell us to skip desks. Name any rooms that are off limits, such as server rooms or records storage, and settle access before the first clean.
Your Quote
What Affects the Cost of Office Cleaning
We quote each space, since two suites of the same size can be very different jobs. Square footage is the starting point, then the number of restrooms and the fixtures in them, how many workstations there are and how clear the desks tend to be, and the mix of carpet to hard floor.
How often we come matters too: a weekly rotation keeps each visit shorter than a monthly one, and a one-time clean is quoted differently from a recurring plan. The condition at the start counts too: a first visit runs longer than the ones after it. Add-ons sit on top: interior windows, inside the refrigerator, baseboards, blinds. Quotes are free and carry no obligation.
FAQ
Office Cleaning Questions We Get Asked
Looking for cleaning services in North Idaho? Contact us now!
208 595 7773Do you clean during business hours or after we close?
Scheduling is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and we are closed weekends. Most offices pick the day and start time that suits their quietest stretch.
How often does an office need cleaning?
It follows foot traffic, headcount, restroom count and whether people eat at their desks. A small suite often does well weekly or every other week; a space with a public counter and several restrooms needs more frequent visits.
Do we need to supply cleaning products or equipment?
No. All cleaning products and equipment are provided as part of the service, and we use eco-friendly products. If you want a specific product used on a surface, tell us and we will accommodate it.
Who will be in our building?
Cleaners who have undergone background checks and received training. Radiant Home Cleaning Services maintains full insurance and bonding for your complete protection. Access, escorting and restricted rooms are settled before the first visit.
Will you touch desks, paperwork and computers?
Only as far as you want. By default we clean around personal items, files and equipment rather than moving them; keyboards and monitors are left alone. A clear-desk day or a do-not-touch list both work.
Can we change the scope or frequency later?
Yes. Plans are customized to you, and frequency and scope are your choice. Tell us what to add, drop or move and we adjust from the next visit.
